Fund Objectives
Maple
Leaf Short Duration 2011 Flow-Through Limited Partnerships (the
“Partnership”) objective is to provide Limited Partners of the
Partnership with a tax-assisted investment in a diversified portfolio of
flow-through shares of mineral and energy exploration, development
and/or production companies and possibly certain renewable energy
production companies with a view to achieving capital appreciation and
income for Limited Partners. The Partnership is specifically
structured and managed to provide strong downside protection through the
selection of investments that have lower risk production assets, longer
reserve life and lower risk exploration and development programs.
