Maple Leaf 2013 & Maple Leaf 2015 Oil & Gas Income Limited Partnership Receives Limited Partner Approval to Terminate and Dissolve

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – JULY 21, 2020

Maple Leaf 2013 & Maple Leaf 2015 Oil & Gas Income Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) is pleased to announce that its limited partners approved the liquidation of the Partnership’s assets, as well as the termination and dissolution of the Partnership, all in accordance with and pursuant to the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Partnership.

The resolutions authorizing the liquidation, termination and dissolution were approved by vote than 97.5% of the votes cast by limited partners present or represented proxy at the special meeting of limited partners (the “Meeting”) held on July 21, 2020.
