Maple Leaf 2013 Oil & Gas Income Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) is pleased to announce that all items put forward by the Board of Directors and management were approved by limited partners of the Partnership at the Special Meeting of Limited Partners held in Vancouver earlier today.  Limited partners approved two resolutions: the first being an ordinary resolution to permit the Partnership to continue in operation after December 31, 2015; and the second being an extraordinary resolution to permit a transaction that would involve the Partnership transferring its assets to a newly established company in exchange for shares and the subsequent wind up of the Partnership.  For further information regarding the resolutions, please refer to the notice of special meeting and management information circular dated November 16, 2015 and filed on SEDAR.
