The Executive Management team and/or Board of Director’s of the General Partner are comprised of a group of experienced professional and engineers with a combined total of over 100 years of proven and established success in the Canadian financial services and the energy investment management business.

Mr.
Cartwright is the Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. Further he is the Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration
Flow-Through Management Corp., the General Partner of Maple Leaf Short
Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnerships and Chief Executive
Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.
Mr. Cartwright is also CEO and a Director of CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its
wholly-owned subsidiary CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.
JOSEPH DURANTE, B. COMM - Chief EXECUTIVE OFFICER & DIRECTOR
Mr. Durante is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp.
In addition Mr. Durante is the Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Director of Toscana Capital Corporation, Toscana Energy Corporation, Toscana Resource Corporation and a Trustee of Toscana Financial Income Trust.
SHANE DOYLE, BA, MBA - President & Director
Mr. Doyle is the President and a Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. Further he is the President, Chief Executive
Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration

GLEN A. TANAKA, P.ENG., BA - Chief OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Tanaka is the Chief Operating Officer of Maple Leaf Energy Income

Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp.
In
addition Mr. Tanaka is Vice President, Engineering of Toscana Energy Corporation and Toscana Resource Corporation.

Mr. Dickson is the Chief Financial Officer of Maple Leaf Energy Income

Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. Further he is the Chief Financial Officer a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration

Since January 2009, Mr. Festival has also been the President and Chief Executive Officer of BlackPearl Resources Inc.

Mr. Copeland is a Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income
Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Energy Income

R. BRUCE FAIR, BA - Director
