CADO Investment Fund Management Inc. (the “Fund Manager”), the manager of the Maple Leaf Resource Class and Maple Leaf Income Class (the “Funds”), both classes of special shares of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd., announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PWC”) has resigned as auditor of the Funds at the request of the Manager.  The Fund Manager intends to appoint KPMG LLP to replace PWC as auditor of the Funds effective February 8, 2016.  This change is being made by the Fund Manager for operational purposes and not as a result of any disagreements with PWC in respect of their audits of the Funds.
