Limited Partnerships and also a Director of Toscana Capital Corporation and Toscana Resource Corporation.
Mr. Festival has been President and Chief Executive Officer of BlackPearl Resources Inc. since January 2009.
From October 2007 to January 2009, he was President of BlackCore Resources Inc. and January 2001 to June 2006, Mr. Festival was President and a Director of BlackRock Ventures Inc.
